DJ Reave
DJ Reave began his career in 1996 dj-ing at school and house parties. Reave’s music experience grew while working at a mom and pop’s music store, “Latin 1 Stop Music” he put out mixtapes on cassette tapes. In ‘97 Reave started a club called “Da Mixx,” being one of the youngest dj’s in Dallas.
Reave launched his radio career at KNON, a community radio station out of Dallas, Texas. He also mixed for Hot 100 at live broadcasts for clubs such as The Remix, Iguana, Babalu and Club 2001. As the years went by Dj Reave was dj-ing at major concert events such as Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Daddy Yankee, just to name a few. After spending a couple of years at KNON, Reave landed a job at CASA 106.7 where he started off as a weekend on-air personality then moved up as mix show coordinator and held the title of Music Director.
A day in the life of DJ Reave entails running the tech board in studio; recording and editing listener calls.
When Reave is not on the air, he can be seen spinning at clubs all over Dallas. Furthermore, he has proven himself as a dj. Most recently, he is working on mix tapes and is involved with Big Gun Ent. with such artist as Big Geminii and Blast.
DJ Reave’s product and popularity is growing rapidly and is force to look for in the future years.
